Application for Historic Landmark status for Westinghouse Park

In May, 2025 Preservation Pittsburgh and The Westinghouse Legacy submitted an application for Pittsburgh Historic Landmark status for Westinghouse Park.

On July 2, Pittsburgh’s Historic Review Commission considered the application and the board unamiously agreed the project merited further review, the first step in the process of moving it to City Council and the Mayor for ultimate approval.

The complete application is presented below, with some minor redactions.
